Enameled glass is produced by depositing special ceramic ink on the glass with a roller coating. During the tempering process of the coated glass, this ceramic ink melts and fuses permanently to the glass surface, forming a colored ceramic layer. The enameled glass could be used as monolithic glass or incorporated into laminated or insulated glass.
